Rental and Cancellation Conditions for our Appartments

  1. A deposit of 50% of the whole sum is to be paid within 8 days at the time when we give written confirmation of the reservation of the apartment.
    The other 50% are to be paid not later than 10 days prior to arrival.
    By doing that a legally valid contract had been concluded with us and you as a guest.
    The Guest can withdraw from the Contract at any time before the date of arrival by sending us a notification of rescission of contract in written form. In this case the Guest has to pay a cancellation fee of 80% of the rental price.
    We try to rent the appartement to another person. These rental incomes will be positively taken into the cancellation fee after we removed administrative fees.
    To your own security we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
  2. Smoking is prohibited in our Appartements. You can smoke on the Terrace
  3. All apartments are first available from 14:00 hrs on the day of arrival and
    are vocated by 11:00 hrs on the day of departure.
  4. We rent fully equipped apartments. Guests are requested to exercise due
    and proper care with the premises and fixtures and fittings. Guests are
    enjoined to give us immediate notification of any damage to the property
    and its appointments occurring during the period of rental
    and due to negligence on the part of the guest(s). Guests are enjoined
    to bear all costs incurred for the removal or replacement of damage.
  5. Side Costs ( e.g. Energy, Water, ... ) are included in the rent.
  6. Your friends and family are welcome in our appartements, too, of course.
    But you should not accommodate them without our permission.
    This would violate the rental contract and can cause a dismissal.
    A Sublease is prohibited, too.
